Following the chairman of the RTK Board, Besnik Boletini, has followed the next resignation in Bord. Arta Berisha has suggested he has resigned from the position of RTK Board member.
In a post in “Facebook”, it has indicated its resignation concerning the Slobodna Bosna writing scandal published in RTK, where the Periscopa portal and the Nacional newspaper were launched.
“Today, after the meeting of the Kosovo Radio Television Board (RTK), I have resigned from the function of the RTK Board member. It has been my great responsibility and honor to make my professional contribution to trying to advance the public broadcaster towards an informational home in the service of truth, education and social emancipation.She wrote.
Regarding the news published by RTK, Berisha has said that professional standards of journalism have been violated, and according to her, the board has been lied.
“Being a supporter of professional standards in journalism, which I have fully respected as an active journalist, whether as a member of the RTK Board, it has been unacceptable for me that violators of professional standards pass by without punishment under RTK regulations. The RTK Commission's report is clear and shows that in the last case, publishing an unverified and initially broken text by another medium has been violated by the professional standards of journalism, worse yet: the board has been lied to. That's unattended to me. I hope the practice of impunity does not return to RTKIt's all over.
