Tomorrow we officially enter the astronomical summer season and the mchassimal temperatures will reach a peak of 35-36 degrees Celsius, and these temperatures can be dangerous for a large part of the population, especially for children and the elderly”, the report says.
On Monday, the National Institute of Public Health has called for caution during the day, as well as has published several recommendations for caution by high temperatures.
The high thermometers that reign in the summer season negatively affect the human organism, especially among the elderly. By being exposed to the sun for a long time, we can suffer shocks from heat leading to dehydration of the organism transmitted by corrosion, vomiting, diarrheal disorders, frying and skin burns by complicating the cardiovascular system to renal insulin”, the IKSHPK says.
According to the ICHPK, it is to take two liters of fluid during the day, whether it's eight cups of water or soup or tea; it should also be bypassed by fried food, very salty or very fresh or with plenty of cooling, while taking many seasonal trees and vegetables.
