The chief of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog, has announced on the meeting with the Energy Community Secretariat delegation, where it is discussed for Kosovo's performance in accordance with the Energy Community Act.
In a post at “X”, Szunyog has said the EU supports Kosovo with 75m euros as part of the Energy Support Package.
He has suggested that the Growth Plan provides an additional incentive to accelerate reforms and provide financial means for important projects.
“It was noted that the Growth Plan provides additional incentives to accelerate reforms and secure financial means for key projects”, he said.
“While stressing that the green transition, integration and designing of the energy sector are an integral part of the Kosovo Reform Agreement, we also discussed recent developments in the energy sector. It stressed that the EU supports Kosovo with 75m euros as part of the Energy Support Package”, Szunyog wrote.
