In a Kosovo Police operation, two persons suspected of spying were arrested this week in collaboration with the Serbian Intelligence Agency (BIA).
Conversations between the Serbian spies and BIA occurred just a day after the attack on Banjska, according to sources within the security organs.
But in the case of the arrest of the two spies suspects, Bedri Shabani and Muharrem Qerim, initially the investigation into them began some three years ago.
The first information according to TV sources Dukaagjini has come to the Intelligence Agency from a Kosovo state partner service. Afterwards, AKI specialists are on track.
They've been tracking the two suspects, who've acted as a separate, so having a joint boss, but acting separately.
Dukagini reports that the Intelligence Agency has been tracking suspects, tracking them and monitoring them.
For a long time, their escort and surveillance have been conducted in different areas inside and outside Kosovo territory.
According to information, meetings have been held mainly in Serbia.
The Intelligence Agency has also managed to make environmental surveillance of suspects' communication with their boss and hear him speak.
In these communications provided by the Intelligence Agency, Bedri Shabani, has been heard talking about Banjska's case, where the “charges the Serbian side for the amateur organisation of the case, saying that “why you didn't include us, you know what we do at”
Later, discussions have started from here on the cause of an interethnic incident in other parts of Kosovo.
Their primary aim has been the deviance and stain of UCK's war. The purpose has also been to distort the truth about Recak's Massacre, but not just those two persons, it is believed that there are others.
The Intelligence Agency believes Serbian services have encouraged citizens who have family victims, who have not been part of the KLA, to obtain witness status, to serve the Serbian cause that they have not killed civilians, but members of the KLA.
Bedri Sabani has been customs officials until 2004, while Muharrem Qerim has been a police official until 2008.
The suspects are expected to remain in custody for a month.
