Police Station investigation unit in Gjilan via operational routes has accepted information that suspect D.S. (year of birth 1959, Kosovo Albanian male) from the village of Gumnishh is in possession of weapons without proper permission.
In co-ordination with the state prosecutor and in support of other relevant units today, a search was conducted at the suspect's home and escort facilities, with cerrasts found and confiscated as material evidence for the court:
A 762 mm calibre AK47 automatic rifle, two AK47 automatic gun clips, 24 rounds of 762 mm calibre and a pistol E The 9mm calibre CAOL SCECIAL 99.
At the state prosecutor's order to the suspects, criminal charges for criminal work will be filed in possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms, and the case will be prosecuted in regular procedure at the Constitutional Prosecutor.
