The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved Gjakova's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure a month to T.J. defendants. And B.K., due to alleged allegations that T.J., has committed criminal work .K. and the use of official position or authority and B.K., due to alleged criminal acts of bribery, says the court's announcement.
