The former head of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency, the Smaj Union and Fadil Fazliu, brother of martyrs Fahri and Bahri Fazliu, were arrested in Thursday's operation.
To former Justice Minister Hajredin Kuci, an order was issued for appearance in court.
The special on November 29th established this indictment, which became public on December 6th. In addition to those mentioned above, former President Hashim Thaci is also charged, currently in custody and facing earlier indictment of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
