A recent study has shown that laughter causes heart tissue to expand and increases oxygen flow through the body.
Coronary arteries patients who were involved in a course of laughing therapy had reduced inflammation and had better health, research found.
“Our study found that laughing therapy increased the functional capacity of the cardiovascular system,” said the lead author, Prof. Marco Saffy.
People with heart disease can be invited to moods in the evening or encouraged to enjoy a good evening with friends and family. People should try to do things that make them laugh at at least twice a week. ”
“Laughter helps the heart because it releases endorphins, which reduces inflammation and helps the heart and blood vessels relax,” said Saffi. “also reduces levels of stress hormones, which charge the heart. ”
The data was released in Amsterdam at the annual meeting of the European Cardiology Association, the world's largest heart conference.
