According to him, because of government wrong policies, massive youth flight is taking place and businesses are bringing workers from abroad.
He adds that under these conditions, government actions to hit municipalities in budget revenues are unacceptable.
The psychological pressure of the security situation in the country does not require much comment. From the post-war to today, the citizen does not feel sure that the Government has been trapped by its actions and seems to be doing someone else a favor.
Besides the global crisis, the citizen has faced a good failure to get anything from the government. Atmospheric conditions and the damage caused by the floods in both agricultural cultures and family cultures, farmers and citizens need support”.
We've started because of migrations now to import labor power. For days businesses are bringing workers who stay for a short time, they leave Kosovo, and this is being done because of the massive youth departure. Under these conditions, to hit Kosovo municipalities for budget revenues is unacceptable”.
