According to Sky Sport Germany, Bundesligla champions are open to sell the player if they get an acceptable offer this summer.
German giants are reportedly seeking an offer of 40m to 45m euros to sell midfielder.
Reports last month confirmed that Manchester United has closely monitored Goretzka's availability amid uncertainty about his future.
The Red Days' interest was shown after Bayern Munichu's coach, Thomas Tuchel, launched a summer revolution at the club.
Tussel is expected to start the season with Joshua Kimmitch and Konrad Laimer in the centre of the midfield, with the arrival of the latter raising further doubts about Goretzka's future.
Ryan Gravenberch and Marcel Sabitzer, returned, also increased the competition for midfield seats, with Tuchel acknowledging he could not guarantee Goretzka a seat.
Goretzka made 40 presentations for Bayern Munich in all past season races, but saw his time of limited game in the last weeks of the season.
