Lawyer Besnik Berisha has been addressed with a letter to U.D., Chief State Prosecutor Besim Kelmendi of his claims that he was illegally and arbitraryly arrested, as stated by the order of power and justice minister, through prosecutor Rasim Maloku.
Lawyer Berisha has been addressed to chief prosecutor Kelmendi at the request for assessing the legality and constitutionality of the procedure taken by prosecutor Rasim Maloku.
In this request, lawyer Berisha says he is denouncing “crimes committed by prosecutor Rasim Maloku”, who, according to him, is citing “servilising the orders of power given by a Justice Minister and not only”. This, according to him, has given the minister's criticism of “Messiahyria, her failure and professional inadequacy”.

Lawyer Berisha says verbal conflicts with prosecutor Rasim Maloku have started 6-7 years ago in the profession's exercises.
On the other hand, lawyer Berisha claims that “prosecutor Rasim Maloku has misused and exceeded his competencies in the case of raiding one of my properties, during which he was personally present”.
Therefore, it requires that, among other things, a team of prosecutors assess prosecutor Maloku's foolish actions in his case, as well as initiate investigative procedure against him.

For the charges he has made for several days, prosecutor Rasim Maloku has not yet been declared.
