If you are like most people, you spend more of your valuable hours at work than you spend anywhere else. It's important that you spend your time in the right company, following the right opportunity.

Bad management does not discriminate on the basis of salary or title. A governing team of Fortune 500 may experience more dissatisfaction than barists at a local coffee shop. The more demanding your job and the less control you have in what you do, the more likely you are to suffer. A study by the American Psychological Association has revealed that people whose work meets both criteria are more likely to experience fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety, and depression.

Staying in a bad job for a long time can be very damaging to your career. If you have tried everything in your mind to make things better and have not seen major changes, it may be time to leave the job.

Choosing to leave a job can be a painful decision. You should know you're making the right choice. The good news is there are some clear signs that- if you've experienced enough of them- that means it's time to leave.

Company is moving towards failure

A recent study has shown that 71 percent of small businesses shut down their companies in the tenth year of work. If you're worried about your company's success, you're probably right. Ask for information, as if you suddenly need management approval for even small expenses, and start to frequent closed-door meetings, and see the increased number of high management evacuations. If you suspect that business is in trouble, it may be time to leave it. If you wait until the company closes, you'll be on the job market competing against your former associates.

No room for advancement

It's easy to get stuck in a job, and if you love what you're doing, it can be comfortable. However, it is important to remember that each job should enhance your skills and increase your worth as an employee. If you're not learning anything new, and you're just doing the same thing all the time, as people around you get up in position, that's when you have to look somewhere else.

You're out of the streams.

Do you feel like you're always the last to hear what's going on at work? Whether you've been left out of meetings, or rarely met with high management, and you've almost never heard of the big project that everyone is excited about, it might mean that the bosses see you only as a body that meets a table, instead of a valuable contributor. This is bad news for your career and may mean that it is time to quit.

You know more than your bosses.

It's frustrating to work for someone you believe is less capable or that has less knowledge than you, but the real issue is deeper than that. If you cannot trust the company's directors to make good decisions and direct the ship in the right direction, you may be living in a constant state of anxiety. And, if you rightly think that your bosses don't know what they're doing, you may be out of work when the company goes bankrupt.

You have a bad boss who's not doing anything

Chiefs come and go, which means that this wise word is to expect a bad boss. But this is not always the right move. If you have a bad boss who likes high management, it might be time to leave. In order to make you miserable every day, a two-faced manager who is loved by others can do harm to your career by taking credit for your work, speaking badly of you to others and blaming you when things go wrong.

You fear going to work

We all have times when we don't prefer Monday, but if even thinking about your work fills you with fear, it's probably time to leave. Don't keep telling yourself you're having a bad week when you actually have a job that you don't fit in.

You have lost your passion

Even if you love your company, your boss and your associates, it doesn't matter if you hate your job. The passion is an essential ingredient for success. Whether you're enthusiastic or indifferent about your work, it's time to think about your career.

Your health is suffering

No hire is worth sacrificing your health. Work stress can lead to depression, insomnia, headaches, frequent, and worse. Don't let that happen.

Your personal life is suffering

If you're working many hours, or you're stressed when you get home, it's time to leave when work starts to affect your personal life.

If you've decided to leave, be alert to this. Don't burn bridges because of the reasons you're leaving. There's nothing to do with this, and I can follow you later. Instead, simply explain that you are leaving for another opportunity, and then do so kindly.
