Milovic has said that during his conversation with the US KFOR representative, he has told the “citizens to wait about an hour” and that KFOR commander responsible for the north will come to negotiate.

In front of the Zvecan municipality building, the crowd of Serbian protesters is singing nationalist songs.

Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic told them earlier US KFOR to clear the Kosovo Special Police Unit and for the newly elected mayors of four municipalities in northern Kosovo not to come to the municipality's objects.

KFOR's request is to allow two Kosovo Special Police vehicles, located among the crowd. Kosovo police officers are trapped on the bus, while four “C” are on display, and Serbia's flag has been deployed as well.
