On the luxury island of Jumeirah Bay, created by man, there is, in fact, a free land of 2275 square metres belonging to British businessman Umar Camani, who bought it in 2021 for about $10m, reports Cnn.com.
The identity of the new buyer does not become known, except that he has paid nearly 31m euros, where Kaman has increased the profit by 242%.

An Island in the Form of a Sea Horse
