Macedonia's “Bad Fund”, Selimi, Ischinger and Maliqi predict failure of the Ohrid Agreement

Still without drying the color and letters in the letter of the last Kosovo-Serbia agreement in Ohrid, connoisseurs of political developments have begun to talk about fears and the possibility of its failure. The first to have started this is former Kosovo diplomat Petrit Selimi, who has said he has hoped that even in the agreement reached in Ohrid there would be an additional document in which the guarantees, such as Moghrin's letter to Isa Mustaf about Association, would be written.
He's been writing that since there's no guarantees written for recognition and integration, then he can predict that the agreement will have a good end.
“I hoped for a side document like “Moghrin's letter to Isa Mustafen, but apparently there are such guarantees written for the recognition of Kosovo, Kosovo membership and integration. I haven't participated in dialogue issues for years, but I can predict that this will end well”, Selimi wrote.
That Petrit Selimi may be right, even German diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger has said.
“I hope you're wrong, but I'm afraid you might be right”, Ischinger wrote.
The root of this deal was supposed to be the @ischinger Proposal based on “2 The German model”. That was a functional model. This negotied anex has waited that down to a metapolitical statement printed on “immediate” creation of “self-management for the Serbian community”.

Political analyst Agon Maliqi is also involved in the debate over the failure of what was achieved in Ohrid. He has written that the more the days pass by the “extenuating” on Saturday, the more one can think of 100 ways it may fail and not how it will succeed.
I hoped for a side doc, like “Molgherini letter to @IsaMustafakS“, but obviously there are no such guarantees for Kosovo. I haven't beaten-pointed for years now on behalf of dialogue but I can guarantee this will not end well. / AND

Maliqi says that Vuci would likely take what he really wants to preserve the status quo between Kosovo and Serbia.
The more time it spends on Saturday's overwhelming deal, the more it can be thought of 100 ways this fails and not much in which it succeeds. Western obligation will not be able to offset poor incentives. Vuciq will likely receive what he really wants: to preserve the status quo at”, Maliqi wrote in his reaction to Ischinger.
The more time passes from Saturday's; the more one can think of 100s of ways in which these families & not many in which it happens. Western condition won't be able to contract for weak interest. Vucic will only get what he really wants: presve status-quo. https://t.co/p3Az AijQQQ

Kosovo and Serbia on March 18th in Ohrid have also reached reconciliation for the Franco-German Plan Impulation Annex. Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic after hours of negotiations have managed to agree on how the agreement will be implemented.
