As reported in the prime minister's office communiqué, Kurti and the US senator have discussed normalising relations with Serbia and the willingness of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to continue discussions on the implementation plan under the EU proposal.
“During this call they spoke of special and friendly relations between Kosovo and the United States of America and of Kosovo's continued democratic progress, as was recently witnessed by the 203 Educational Democracy Index of the V-Dem Institute, ranking Kosovo first in the Western Balkans”.
“also discussed the February 27th meeting in Brussels, the need for normalisation of relations with Serbia and the willingness of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to continue discussions on the implementation plan under the EU proposal supported by Germany, France, Italy and the United States of America”, the communiqué says. / P ERISCOPIA
