It is important that both sides now work with speed and trust to realise all obligations set out in the agreement, for the benefit of all”, Guterres said in the announcement issued by his spokesman Farhan Haq.
The UN “combes remain committed to supporting implementation of agreements stemming from dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, mediated by the European Union”, Guterres has stressed.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, at the joint meeting in Ohrid with representatives of the European Union, as well as Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, agreed on the annex to implement the EU-proposed agreement, but there were no signatures as the Serbian side hesitated.
