“The moment you come out so easily and question the independence of the highest institution of the Republic of Kosovo, the institution that you have converted into a government that has brought you down to the polls, so that you can take a very high percentage of voters, now that institution is not a creditory, so the Constitutional Court that has brought down Hoti government today has lost credibility<1>, Kica has indicated.
Kica said she always needs reform in justice because social developments, according to her, are new.
It is clear that societies like these, especially in the rapid development of technology, it is natural to have continued reforms in justice, but now the spirit of reform in justice has to have a fine line where the key person, in this case the Ministry of Justice, understands the importance of constitutionality, understands the fate that the line is too thin, and the very high risk”, she added.
