The Constitutional Court in Pristina, even in the retrial Monday, has cleared it of charges of abuse of office or official authority, Kosovo Energy Corporation official (KEK), Enver Hoxha.
The indictment against accused Hoxha was proclaimed by the chairman of the court, Judge Gazmend Bahtiri, reports “The Law Act for Justice”.
Under this indictment, it has not been proven that the accused committed criminal work “Use of official duty or authority”.
In addition, the costs of criminal procedure fall to the burden of this court's budget.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, on January 23, 2018, accused Hoxha had acquitted him of the prosecution.
However, this case, the Court of Appeals had turned it into a retrial on May 17, 2019, arguing that the first - degree court had not prosecuted all cases of confirmation of crucial facts and has given no reason for crucial facts.
