FFK Executive Committee Says It Will Announc U n EFA and FIFA for sending Adam into house arrest

The head of the FFK has been assigned home arrest measures for a month by the Pristina Foundation Court, at the request of the State Prosecutor, writes Express newspaper.

There is doubt that Agim Ademi performed the works “Avoidance of tax”, while police had announced that Adami is also charged with misusing the NAK budget.

The meeting of the Executive Committee today was held under the direction of NFF deputy chairman Bakir the man. In the announcement issued after the meeting, it said the EC expressed concern over all events that took place.

The FFK Executive Committee held today the next emergency meeting under Deputy Chairman Bakir the man, following last week's developments regarding President Agim Ademi and actions and concerns created in the hotel where the national team is accommodated.

At past meetings, due to lack of official information about what's going on, The FFK's EC has not been able to take any action, but now when it has been informed by public statements by police and prosecution concerning the case as well as the information received, it expresses the willingness and will that these cases, except in the investigative organs, the constitution and the norms of norms, address even in the Disciplinary Commission and the Ethics of FFK, so that any irregularities or potential violations, which may have occurred, can be handled with the utmost care and seriousness as and requires that this commission get based on its norms.

The EC expresses concern about all the actions that have taken place on March 21st, in the offices of the FFK and the National staff at the hotel where it is accommodated, by some civil police officers who have stepped in without being introduced and without any documentation, which is evidence even in the police community, because there was no official paperwork until March 22nd, 2023. These actions without legal grounds, The EC will address Kosovo's respective organs.

Also, The ECFK decided to inform the highest instance in which they participated, UEFA and FIFA and submit a detailed report on recent developments and simultaneously keep in mind.

EC once again re-exemplifies readiness to co-operate with every Kosovo institution in U EFA and FIFA for addressing all potential issues and irregularities that have been possible, both near its respective organs and the state.

The EC assures all that any eventual vacuum will be met in line with the statute's provisions in force.

Once, The EC expresses indignation over the actions and concerns that have taken place in the environments where the National Kosovo National and NFF headquarters, which, according to the EC's conviction of the FFK, some of them have been without legal basis and have offended the dignity of the team and National Staff.

The EC hopes that in the coming days all these concerns will be clarified and competent bodies to implement rules and procedures and help the Kosovo National and the NFF in its dignified representation in the international arena.

The EC encourages the National team and staff not to be influenced by these developments and to continue to give dignified appearances in the match against the national match of Andorra, just as in the match against the national nation of Israel”.
