The Dardanians continue in drills before the Israeli match, Muriqi and Muslija

Unlike yesterday when only 11 football players were present in the exercise, this selection of Alain Giresse made available all the footballers who gathered, with cérast revealing his views and game schemes for the first match against Israel. The desire to initiate this qualifying cycle is real to each of the footballers and other members of the national team. They cannot hide their enthusiasm for dignifiedly representing their nation in the green field and for making Darwinian fans proud.

Vedat Muriqi: “We're preparing with optimism from day one. We're lucky to have players in shape. Our group is not easy, but we are very likely to qualify. However, more is needed than mere words, but we must do so even with work within the field and outside the field. I think we have the quality for the first two positions to provide for our European qualifications. With the support of our fans and our country, I believe that with my friends inside the field we will achieve our goal and make history together. Most of the players are about to have a lot of minutes in their teams and they're in excellent shape, so that's certainly going to be seen since the first match. Normally it takes some luck, but we will go to Israel for victory. Israel and Switzerland are the strongest rivals in the group and are expected to cross the group. But we're going there to make the surprise. When I say the surprise, I say it in a media way, because for us if we win it, it's not surprising because we're going there to win, because we're aiming to start all the qualifications. With this quality I believe we will achieve something we have been waiting for for many years. We've missed our fans, therdians, who support us around the world no matter where we are. I just want them to have patience and support us like we always have”.

Florent Muslija: I expect a lot from this qualifying cycle. I think we have very good opportunities to get to Europeans. We have a very strong team, and I hope we get the maximum. The atmosphere is fantastic and of course we're all happy to be here. I hope we'll be able to bring ourselves together for our country. I expect a fine fight against Israel, and I am optimistic that we will win the match because we have quality. Message for the Dardans?
