The temperature of this earthquake is estimated to be 23 kilomtera east of Nurdag, in the province of Gaziantep, reports the US Geological Service.
After the powerful earthquake, there has been a succession in southern and central Turkey.
About 11 minutes after the first earthquake struck, the strongest round of 6.7 times occurred about 20 miles [32 km] northwest of the main earthquake era.
Another strong shot of 5.6 magnitude occurred 19 minutes after the main earthquake.
Syria and Lebanon were affected by this earthquake that rocked the Turkish state.
As a result, 42 people died in Syria and more than 200 were injured, CNN writes.
