Lajcak and Escobar accompanied by Scholz's advisers, Macron and Melon today in Pristina and Belgrade have submitted a new <x0 plan” for how to proceed towards normalisation, since the September 24th attack on Banjska has changed many things.
For this new plan, Lajcak warned there will be intensive talks with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
The Slovak emissary has said that European and American representatives' talks with both leaders will continue over the next few days.
That there will be ongoing intensive conversations, confirmed by Prime Minister Albin Kurti's Media Office, which in a media communiqué have confirmed the handover of the new “ ” and added that “trials must continue intensively”, the Express reports.
“At the meeting was talked about normalising relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia, the implementation of the Basic Agreement (Brussels, February 27th) and its Implementation Anex (Our, March 18th) respectively. The prime minister stressed that quality reflection and a new approach is necessary. The five emissaries offered their new plan for moving forward, for which the prime minister expressed his thanks and assessments. Discussions should continue intensively”, said the ZKM report.

Miroslav Lajcak during his address after meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said Kosovo's prime minister has the responsibility for progress in normalising reports with Serbia. According to Slovak emissary Kosova can't move towards the EU if there is progress in normalisation, and here it has highlighted the establishment of the Serb majority municipality Association without delay.
He has also said he expects from Kosovo and Serbia to fulfil their obligations under dialogue and that he expects a thorough investigation into the September 24th attack on Banjska.
