US President Joe Biden warned Israel against the invasion of Gaza in one of his most visible public calls for restraint, while the Israelites responded to this month's Hamas attacks.
In an interview with CBS's “60 Minutes” aired on Sunday, Biden said it would be a big “that Israel should invade Gaza.
Israel has signalled that it is preparing for a ground invasion of Gaza, even though a humanitarian crisis is increasing within this territory.
Biden has called for the protection of civilians, and the United States has worked to ease food, water and gas shortages.

Comments are one of the few times the US president has urged Israel to use some kind of restraint to respond to Hamas' attacks that left 1,400 Israelis dead.
In response, Israel launched a massive shelling campaign against the northern Gaza Strip, from which Hamas launched his attack.
