A laptop with very sensitive data on the judicial process against former KLA leaders was allegedly stolen from the Special Chambers Judge's residence.

So reports the French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche, which says that this laptop was stolen from the judge's residence in Paris, which has raised concerns and sorrows among judicial and police authorities in the French state.

These reports didn't mean to be promoted by Special. In an answer to RTK from this court has said Kosovo's Specialised Chambers do not comment on the report of French media to which others are referring.

Meanwhile, the Kosovo Ministry of Justice has indicated that they are not aware of the case, nor do they have competencies in question.

While Kosovo lawyers licensed by the Special, they say the data is already in the court and defence.

“As for the investigative tracks in this case, I must say that neither of the defendants who is prosecuted near the Specialised Chambers has any interest in setting up or coordinating such a thing about the fact that even in the case of Peter Shala and others, and even in Peter Shala, the case, the case is already in court review and all evidence already by the procedure judge has been delivered to the court, so none of the defendants are available.

Nor the kind of motivation to coordinate such activity”, said Artan Kerkin, a licensed lawyer.

The “can change the judicial process because it can be taken over by other parties that are interested in that evidence, it can fall into the hands of various states, individuals working for different state organs, non-friendly states, but also individuals who have an interest in damaging the process, the judiciary, but I still consider that the evidence is and most of the judicial process will be public and should not influence the course of the <x1 trial, said Skender Musa, a licensed lawyer.

RTK has contacted the Ministry of Justice in France, but in a written reply, we have been recommended to contact the Prosecution in Paris, which has not returned during the day.
