The use of telephone has already become an integral part of our society and our everydayness. While intelligent phones reap many benefits, they have also caused an addiction that has very negative effects.
Such addiction may be viewed as a type of behavior that corresponds to the fear of not using the phone and feeling anxious when you are not on the phone.
What are some of the signs of this addiction?
1. You're constantly on the phone.
2. You can spend all day on the phone
3. You wake up at night to see if you have swimming
4. You experience anxiety, sadness, or you know anger if you can't touch and control the phone
5. Spending time on the phone affects your relationships, your daily life, and your work.
6. You use the phone at the wheel and in situations you shouldn't use.
How do you know you're overreacting?
Most phone use also affects health and can identify it through these symptoms:
1. Muscle Pains
2. Feeling off
3. Unclear View
4. Red eyes, dry or irritated
5. The thought that your phone is ringing is texting you, even when it's not happening.
6. Hand key pain
7. Sleep Problems
8. Low performance at school or at work
9. Single feeling when you don't have the phone
Some simple ways that help reduce time spent on the phone:
1. Charge him from his bed
We know the scenario: You lay in bed, couldn't find any comfort, grabbed the phone, and didn't realize it, you were gone for about three good hours in TikTok.
2. A clock alarm, not the phone
When we sound our cell phone alarm, we wake up and start making an inspection of what happened in the Instagram. If we replace the phone alarm with the real watch, we'll slowly give up the roll as we open our eyes.
3. After a specific time, put your phone in Mode Airplane mode
How perfect is the world without swimming, e-mail, phone calls...
4. Remove applications that don't serve you
Or they fix you. Play games, spend the battery, or just never use it.
5. Set a purpose for using the phone
If you just want to write a message, send it. Deal with something else while waiting for answers.
6. Try going to places where you don't need the phone
In the supermarket, library, for a short walk...
P.S.: These are the cases when you're not so over the phone, but in the right “way to become a phone obsessed person. When you've tried some ways that haven't worked, try therapy and consulting with a specialist/e.
