To stay hydrated is very important, especially on hot days like these that we are living in recently. In hot weather, sufficient liquids are needed and are recommended to drink as much water as possible.
Experts point out, however, that it is not only the amount of water you drink but also the way you do it. Doctors say that if you do not drink properly, you may face health problems.
That's why you should avoid drinking water when you're on the move. If you are standing, the water slides straight into your intestines and is not properly absorbed. So you'll feel thirst faster but even organs will work slower.
You need to drink water in position with small sips, because then your muscles are more relaxed, and if you don't, you can first have digestive problems, then your joints and bladders. If you drink water on your feet, it creates problems in the lower part of the esophagus, which causes acid formation.
Tribe muscles slow down, there's a stop to digest food and therefore breathing. A fluid imbalance in the body also leads to its gathering around the joints, and kidneys work slower, so the toxins stay longer in the body, experts explain.
