At first, you need to know that you are not the only one who, despite being in the sun all day long, is the same. You're white again, or, or, you've got a maximum skin rash you don't want.
All those with pale skin find it very difficult to get black, even if they stay on the beach for months. You may be tired of trying, but it's your pigment and genes' fault!
Since there is nothing we can do about genetics, we try other ways.
1. Prepare your skin from exposure by making a cleanup to remove dead cells and not forgetting the ecstasy of a uniform tan.
2. If you need to be compiled, let your skin relax for at least 24 hours to avoid unwanted frustrations.
3. Apply the cream/weed half an hour before exposure to the sun to make it effective. Apply it later in the day, if necessary.
4. Increase the exposure time gradually: Start by staying in the sun for 1 hour to reach a few more hours, both morning and afternoon. Make your skin gradually familiar with the sun, and remember that it has been covered in thick clothing for many months.
5. Do not be exposed during the hot hours of the day, even if you are young, because turning red is not good for more than burning is not transformed as magic into desired tanning; rather, it can cause ugly skin.
6. Turn around and change your position often, about every 15/20 minutes, to allow the sun to blacken every part of your body. Better yet, you can practice sports or walk ashore.
7. Save your stay for hours in the sun and then minutes at sea, although it is true that immersion will refresh, but the skin will continue to be exposed at sea or swimming pools. Balance time with that advice.
8. If you're tired and you want to take a nap, go under the umbrella, so you'll be more relaxed to avoid heat or redness/burning only from one side of the body, staying in the same position for a long time.
9. Eat more yellow fruits and vegetables because they're rich in beta-carote that help you with the fastest inhalation of skin rays.
10. Always wash your skin very well, applying even at the end of the day a good hydrated cream or a soothing after the sun. Choose the most suitable products for you, and apply them even after the evening shower.
11. Avoid putting on perfume. The last thing you need for the beach, the more if you're waiting for the perfect color.
