The only way to get away from the summer season without regret is to think about the shortcomings of rest. That's all the reasons (they're more than one) for which we get sick after or during the trip, when we're alone on a plane, or when we're transiting with two or more. And we're not talking about normal air conditioning cooling. The reasons why flying is bad for health refer to the fact that you sit in dirty seats like those on airplanes. The toilet is a place as small as a container with billions of bacteria. If the solution is unrealistic, especially for long flights, how should you act? Let's leave the towels or the toilet sense and tap that are the pure source of infection for you.

The same care should be taken from your seats where you sit, magazines, or a table where you are served drinking or food on the trip. Thousands of people touch these objects, and they rarely become disinfected among flights.

But bacteria are not the only problem that make flying dangerous for your health. By confusing the night with the day, not only does it make it difficult and with a sense of fatigue for many hours to stay on the plane but it favors the appearance of disease as long as we defend our immune defenses during flight decrease. The best way to prevent delays is to try to gradually change sleep and food time with what will be when you reach your destination and return home.

Taking a few days off and adjusting the pace and regime of the body is more than useful after each flight.
