The best restaurant in the world for 2022 is in Copenhagen, so add it to your list of wishes if you want to experience a culinary experience~ otherwise. For the second consecutive year, the restaurant in Danish capital ranks top of the list of 50 best restaurants in the world.
“Granium” offers a meatless menu and is based on seasonal and local foods. It's only open four days of the week, a choice made by chef Rasmussen Kofoed and co-owner Séren Ledet to maintain a healthy balance between work and private life.
The restaurants are allowed to receive the top prize just once, and then they enter a particular category called “Best of the Best”. Other elite group members include Noma as well as Elven Madison Park of New York, The Fat Duck, London, Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy and Mirazur in Menton, France.
