1. Drink Water
Do you know that when we wake up one morning many of us suffer some of the early symptoms of dehydration such as hibernation, the inability to concentrate and the beginning of headaches? First thing you need to do when you wake up is drink water! Keep a bottle of water nearby for easy access.

2. Reflect
Reflect on what happened yesterday and what they were with or were not happy with. Those things that didn't go so well, think of a few ways you can avoid saying again, think of a plan A and a plan B for security. Take a step further, and forgive yourselves for every mistake you have made, but give yourselves praise for the things you did well.

3. Thank you.
