When complaints become customary, you will always find something wrong. How can you change your habit? Through these ways:
1. Before you complain, stop for a second
Think about what you can do to change your situation. Perhaps your answer is in front of you and you do not need to cry and make a big deal of it.
2. Put yourself in another's place
Before you complain about that colleague or the dog, make a review of the situation you're going through, or even of the incident itself.
3. Be more grateful
This will help you to focus on the good things that happen each day instead of on bad situations. If you want to stop for a few moments and notice, you may forget about the complaint altogether.
4. Clear dictionary
Are you judging? Or are you <x0... entering people's pockets”? Think before you say “if it were me, I'd do this” and admit it's not you and anyone can do as they please. If you are touched by such actions, discuss with the person without complaining.
5. Face Others
Before you start and complain, share your feelings with others, and see that communication solves everything!
