Kosovo National Director Bajram Shala said on Info Clania's show that the Federation of Greece has expressed regret over the incidents at the “Panthesaliko” stadium, but this regret is working according to Shala.
He stressed that in terms of events during the match, even delegate of UEFA.
The National Director said he expects UEFA to take appropriate measures.
We have also had expressions of remorse on the part of the Federation of Greece. But it doesn't seem to work, since we've faced such a situation”- Shala said.
“After the match I had a long appointment with the U delegate The EFA that I reported to about everything, including those slogans and flags of Serbia, those slogans that have been insulting and discriminated against us, while the pyrotechnics were clear and the delegate received the right notes. We expect appropriate measures to be taken” he stressed.
Bajram Shala added that they have not expected these incidents would occur in Greece.
And what we've been worried about is how things got out during the match because before the game things have been really good. Everything was fine, and hospitality. But it's all about starting a fight. We didn't expect to have such a reception at the stadium taken into account that Greece played three times in Pristina, and in these three matches we had the stadium filled with fans and we didn't even have the smallest cyces of”- Shala added.
“Yes, actually the official staff and the players' part is not that we've had big problems. They had fans, those who traveled to support the nationals. For that focus of players, even staff has been that fans don't suffer even a minor injury”.
There have been friction and some of our fans have suffered minor injuries but not something to worry about. They have waited a little longer in the stadium because of the procedures, until Greek fans have left and then our fans” have left.
When last night we're faced with unpleasant things like the public attack on pyrotechnics that have also disturbed football players. And what happened after the goal was accepted, our footballers reacted to the behaviour of Greek fans. And there was debate, with the judges, with the organisers, with the delegate of the U. EFAs and all”.
