As temperatures and hot summers rise, there are some concerns. As a result, increased care is needed, compared with other seasons of the year, especially the tender age of the third and the young.
Eugene Tomin has given some advice to spend a safe summer from hydration to food consumption.
“Respect timed to exit in heat times. We have to go out at morning times and also take care of food that accompanys bacteria with disorders. Let us not consume food left out of maintenance conditions. Even the pediatric age is very flexible in summertime. We need to consult the pediatrics and health centers. No case should be neglected. More of the tone is bacterial mainly, but we can also have that flu-light we say on the globe that's drawn from the wine. There's a difference between the seasonal blood that's out of spring. Pay attention to diarrheal disorders.
Care, always in context with the family doctor for age five. Of course, in the summer season, rehydration and obtaining fresh fluids and vegetables is important for better health. Let's not store and use food yesterday that has not been kept in proper refrigerator conditions. Some leftovers of food cooked the day before can contain other products in the refrigerator. Their hydrical care, washing and consumption as quickly as possible deprives us of gastro-ongotrial disorders”.
