Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli and her counterpart in Albania have signed the memorandum of co-operation in the energy sector between the two ministries and the memorandum for co-operation in the development of Vlora's <x0ndongmare” terminal.
After the signing, Rizvanolli kept the agreement file back, while her counterpart improved.
