Buta's brother from the hospital is sent to custody, the lawyer tells how he reacted to the murder

Lawyer Fitim Shaban said Januzi's stay is in stable health, but cannot be declassified yet.

Afterwards, lawyer Shaban denied media reports that after this event the rapper Buta has left the country.

Ferizaj's founding prosecutor has confirmed that the police who have injured Januzi is being investigated for criminal acts; “Kerj treatment during the exercise of official duty or public authorization” and “heavy body implementation”.

A few days after the tragic event at Ferizaj, The IPK announced that several investigative actions have been taken concerning the use of the weapon on the part of the police official. Among these was the suspension of the police official for 72 hours, but that move was suspended almost immediately.

Regarding the interruption of this move, the Kosovo Police Inspectorate said that after its suspension was assessed for 72 hours and after verifying the IPK's film footage, it has decided not to recommend continued suspension.

“For the case in question, initially assessed by the investigator The IPK is recommended to the police officer for 72 hours to clarify the random circumstances. But after verifying film footage, The IPK has decided not to recommend the continuation of the suspension, yet the case will be investigated in regular procedure according to Prosecution authorials”, the IPK response said.

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has assigned 30 days of detention to Januzi as the main suspect in the murder of 30-year-old Gazmend Hyseni. According to Januzi's former defence, lawyer Kastriot Zenun hearings for the appointment of detention to him have been held at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo (QKUK).

Lawyer Zenun had said the suspect was able to answer only with “po” or “jo”.

“According to the doctor, he has been able to answer only by yes or by no. They haven't questioned him for long. The session was held within the QKUK target”, lawyer Zenun said on Sunday.

He stressed that the Januzi residence had suffered mainly jaw injuries.

In announcing Ferizaj's Foundation Court for the detention assignment of Januzi, the pre-procedure judge has estimated that “has well-founded doubts, that the defendant on May 28th 2022, in Ferizaj, deliberately and preliminary preparations, has now deprived life of the late”. The judge has also estimated that in the way he has endangered other people's lives.
