Anxiety attacks are very common, but they still have a tremendous impact. When you have an anxiety attack, you think of the worst, you tremble, you feel as if something very negative is going to happen, and many other things come to your head. We know it's hard, so let's show you some advice on how to deal with an anxiety attack.
1. Remember, it is an anxiety attack
When you identify it, it's easier. So when you think that the worst will happen, you know that it's actually your mind that it's not being very peaceful right now.
2. Contact With Cold Water
The cold is what turns the mind, because it only focuses on instinct. Cold water on the wrists and on the back of your neck is highly recommended when facing an attack of anxiety.
3. Controld Breathing
When you realize that your heart is beating too hard, breathe with your nose, hold it for five seconds and blow it out with your mouth. Repeat as a process until heart rate normalizes.
4. Return to Nature
Get out of the current environment and start walking. If you cannot get out of the wild, go to the nearest window and see trees, plants, and flowers.
5. Smell a lemon
Lemons help relieve stress, so consider it to be advice.
