During the parliamentary Energy Investigative Commission meeting, the opposition has also asked Ambassador Martin Berisha to be invited as a witness to be interviewed about allegations of misuse of electricity.

Rzazarta Krasniqi from the LDK at the start of the meeting has said that Martin Berishaaj has not been introduced on the list, as well as has asked two more witnesses to be added, including the director of the mines in KEK, Adil Jonuzi and the director of human resources at KEK, Fadil Sejdiu.

“This list of KEK directors, former good to be added Adil Jonuzi, director of the mines in KEK, and Fadil Sejdiu, director of human resources at KEK, also on this list, was to be Martin Berishaaj, but I didn't see it being that day we discussed Martin Berisha”, Krasniqi said.

Arber Rexhaj from the Vetevendosje Movement has said that the number of guests has agreed at this meeting to vote without those names, not increase.

“actually what we're saying to agree on this list, here not with the additional proposals, if so, we have new proposals, what we're proposing is this list on the basis of agreement is this matter”, Rexhaj said.

Commission chairman Hajdar Beqa demanded from the position for Martin Berisha to be invited for an interview during the investigation process on the commission.

I personally think that Martin Berisha should necessarily be part of this commission and should be, part of the interview, I, with Amend Muja and administration, should go with committee carriers, however, cannot be ruled out by today this commission without even Martin Berisha on this commission as a witness”, Beqaj said.

MP Rexaj has asked the opposition for Martin Berisha to not be invited to the parliamentary investigative commission of office, but to what the opposition has demanded.

“There are two parliamentary investigative commissions which have been agreed on in the Kosovo Parliament, position and opposition, but the next commission which has a three-month mandate has already received on the basis even there MPs have voted Martin Berisha and Martin Berisha will go to the commission in which you are looking at some form you are here wanting with stories... agreed at the end of the process even in the verbal process to call the carriers, what host Martin Berisha is on the road to him and have the object right now, but why he has yet said.

MP Zemaj has said that since 2001, Martin Berishaaj has been close to the carriers of energy institutions, politics and that the same one has changed political positions during this journey.

The session ended on charges between the commission's chairman, Hajdar Beqa, and the commission's deputy chairman, Armend Muja.
