Invited to the subject were analysts Lawrence Vanghel, Mentor Nazarko and Agim Nesto.

For all three analysts, what draws attention is the Tirana-Pristina railway project, which is of particular importance.

Part of the discussion:

Nesh: It is a project that creates a link between Albania and Kosovo. But it must be seen and the fact that despite Rama's putting Albin Kurti corner of the ring, it should analyse Kosovo's position in relation to all current developments, which I think has come at the moment of Albanian foreign policy expansion to consolidate the Open Balkans. I think Rama, through the instruments of the Open Balkans, gave out Kuri and the Kosovo government, where he said he would remove customs for Kosovo business, but we need to know that the trade balance between Albania and Kosovo is negative for Kosovo. Therefore, the project should be carefully studied to protect the Albanian business from Serbia's economic expansion.

Jacob: Rama unilaterally removed the customs tariffs. Ask him to remove control at the border points, but that's only over the weekend. But, on the other hand, Berisha said he did not go to condemn the Serbian genocide, while offering his own alternative, which is removing the “nation's path fee” and condemning Serbian genocide?

Nazarko: Not for competence, but Berisha has no chapter with this relationship. Berisha made several demonstrations showing what he has not done in relations with Kosovo. Regarding that so - called dual estate, he has lied several times. The issue of dual citizenship, the issue of free movement, relates to a key moment that is the issue of visa liberalisation. Because of the urgent need Kosovo has, unique isolation, it needs to show that at its borders there is strictness for control. As for reading the entire visit, I mean that the open Balkan issue has dominated Rama's behaviour, he tried to make a kind of siege to Mr. Kurti, as on a visit to Mr. Thaci's family, as at the presentation meeting of Mr. Hoxhaj's book. But I want to give Kurt a credit, if he'd follow some of those influential voices, so that these two countries could have divisions, he could say we could postpone this visit, and say Rama would Vucic. But the fact that he did not push him shows restraint. The entire visit affected the relationship between two peoples positively.

Jacob: Rama's own copy of herself in Pristina, even in the course of a meeting there was protocol?

Vanghel: The style is man himself, and the man is the style that Rama saw and doesn't change. The point of this good day was shared with three separate news reports and another accompanying him. We were impressed by the use of the word Brother, it seemed that both Rama and Kurt had the only purpose to confess to all the people they are very close to, they wanted to prove to everyone that they united blood. They encouraged many to use the word Brother, but that is not true. This did not prevent Cain and Abel from doing what they do by carrying on our suspicion of brotherly relationship for centuries. Albin has loved Tirana without knowing it for the sake of hatred of Rama, so has Rama in Pristina. In the Balkans, the individual's role is extraordinary, in countries like Albania and Kosovo, weather makes individuals strong. You see the ministers, but they see their bosses. We need leaders not to be brothers but simply to do their duty, the further we cross the border and appreciate Brother and Vucic. The brotherhood between Rama and Vucic both know that Washington's attention in the Balkans lasts only seconds, that's why. Of particular importance is the railway, it would be the primary project that unites Tirana and Pristina. The Nation's Way made us very close together. Today I am one of the few Albanians I think about and say with conviction that that is the money that the Albanian people have spent better than anything else. The third is Sali Berisha, who speaks of the bistatement of the road tax, in both circumstances does not speak of what will happen, and first knows that it will never be more executive, but I know that it does. To ask of thee that wherewith thou hast no right. There was also a book that was promoted in Albania, former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj has made an excellent book about what is happening in Ukraine, and is telling us that Albanian politicians talk too much and do little. Not to say what happens at Europe's eastern border, but how do we understand what's going on there.
