He in “Twitter” wrote that an agreement has not been reached for license plates, but progress has been made on energy.
“They just completed today's meetings of chief negotiators in Brussels. The results are mixed. Unfortunately, no agreement was reached on license plates, but we have made progress in other files including energy. The work will continue”, he writes.
