1. Using Technology
Computer, tablet, telephone, or just presleep television affect slowdown and cause a decline in sleep quality.
2. Food
Our organism needs at least three hours before sleep or even more so that everything will get better digested. Going to bed in a stomach full of it is the biggest mistake and concern you'll feel all night long.
