Our bodies are different, which means that the right way to understand whether your bras match your body forms is to try. But we don't live in an ideal world, so sometimes it's impossible to try. So how do you make a choice?

You may not know the number of prescriptions that fit you, but there is a method that comes to your aid. You just need a foot of soft material to easily kiss your body.

Step one: Put the meter on the bottom of your chest and measure the whole bust. Once you have done so, look at the meter and mark the round number. Like 34cm.

Step two: Then put the meter in the chest area, breathe gently, and rewrite the number. For example, three inches.

Step three: To understand the size of your chest, you have to subtract numbers. In this case, 3 inches. The difference is 3.

If the difference is less than 1, then the measure is AA; 1 means A; 2 means B; 3 means C; 4 means D; 5 means DD or E; and so forth.
