Kurti: Code doesn't talk about same-sex marriages, but we have to record the same sex co-existence.

The PDK says it will vote the Civil Code on one condition if all majority deputies vote on it. This was after Abelard Tahiri said it was Vetevendosje's own deputies who have called not to vote on Cody.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that Article 1138 in the Civil Code does not speak of allowing marriage between the same sex, but warns separate laws about it.
