“What is now happening in Mariupol is a massive war crime, destroying everything, shelling and killing each”, Borrell said at the start of the EU foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels.
The 27-nation bloc will discuss new sanctions on Russia, including oil embargo and the possibility of leaving more banks from the SWIFT financial system.
