According to the AIP report, the municipality has been fined with the reasoning that the same has published personal data lists of citizen data subjects, which have won subsidies, including between 2017 and 2022.
The seized suit, current power, is saying it was inherited from past government errors but, indiscriminately, continued.
In the municipality, however, they hope they will no longer be fined, since after this error they hired an official who will be hired specifically for the preservation of personal data.
