Dear Ukrainian citizens, this morning President Putin announced a special military operation in Donbas. Russia carried out attacks on our military infrastructure and our border guards. Blasts were heard in many cities in Ukraine. We're placing the military situation in the entire territory of our country. A minute ago I had a conversation with President Biden. The United States has already begun to unify international support. Today each of you must remain calm. Stay home if you can. We're working. The army is working. The entire security and defence sector is operating”.
