The last few hours have been tense in Ukraine. The self-declared mission of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) at the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination on the ceasefire regime (JÇC) has suggested that Kiev forces have bombed the outskirts of the city using banned artillery under Minsk's agreements.
Local media report that Kiev forces have fired four 120mm calibre mines in the Staromykhailivka residence and twenty-four-millionm calibre mines in Spartak, areas located on the outskirts of Donnetsk.
Among other things, it is pointed out that in the early hours of the morning from the downtown Donnetsk in the early hours of Sunday, there were sounds of explosions and artillery fires coming from the outskirts of Donnetsk for three hours at night.
Because of the noise and shock they suffered window windows and frames in the central district of the town of Voroshilovskyi.
