Lost since 2019, four-year-old little girl is alive, her parents hid her in the basement of the house.

Paisle Shultis was kidnapped in 2019 when she was 4 years old from her legal custody home in New York's Cayuga Heights. Earlier this year, she was removed from custody of her biological parents, Kim Cooper and Kirk Cultis.

This Monday, the Saugerties police received reliable information that the little girl was with her parents. They went for verification even after checks found the girl hidden in the improvised room down the stairs and therefore arrested Kim Cooper and Kirk Cultis and his father.

Shultis and Cooper were found hiding in a dark, wet room after the officers removed the stairs boards. The girl was sent to the hospital for examination and was found to be in good health. Later she was released and joined her older sister.
