Multimedia systems in cars are not very different from smart phones, so they are also marred by software errors. Mazda car users who heard a radio station in Seattle experienced this.
Mazda car owners of 2014-2017, who on January 30th 2022 heard local radio stationing KUOW 94.9 The FM, while listening to a signal containing not only the voice but also a graph, which had to appear on the screens of the media systems, broke down the media system.
It was a technical error that affected the failure of the media system in Mazda, and not only has the audio system failed, but the entire information system has fallen, and with it the navigation, the connections to Bluetooth, and the camera behind.
Not yet known how many Mazda have been damaged, but a good indication is that only one Mazda service has reported 50 cases.
