The bill envisions salary increases for almost all categories. This bill is in the phase of discussions and is not the final version.
But with these proposals, the leaders of the SBASK have failed to reconcile, who have warned union action.
But how long will teachers have it?
A high school teacher, according to the proposal, will have the cofficient of 4.9, while an elementary school teacher will have the quality 4.6.
High school director, according to the proposal, will have the co-efficator 5.3, while primary school principal 5.1.
The government has not yet determined what the cofficiency value will be, but it reportedly will be 120 euros.
